REPLACEMENT

CUSTOMER HAS TO SEND REQUEST MAIL FOR REPLACEMENT WITHING 7 DAYS. DUE TO ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS CUSTOMER ARE REQUESTED TO RAISE QUERY FOR REPLACEMENT IF ANY ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

 Refunds are issued when

  • Seller cannot provide replacement or buyer denies replacement with genuine reasons.
  • Final decision decision on refund is solely of mobilo99 & depends on products & its costing.final decision will be taken by mobilo99 after investigating issues case to case.
  • In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour
